Especially his interpretations of rare 19th-century guitar literature on authentic instruments add a wonderful dimension to his already exceptional performances.

Pavel Steidl also adds his compositions to his programs. He has played concerts in more than 30 countries, among that Austria, Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Germany, Great Britain, Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Spain and many others. In 2003 the Italian guitar magazine "GuitArt" listed him as one of the eight most important guitarist of the year.
